Getting Ready for Algebra I, Honors Algebra I
This class provides a thorough foundation for students entering Algebra I. Pre-algebra concepts will be reviewed and algebra concepts will be previewed to give students a running start into the school year. Topics to be covered include decimals, percents, rational numbers, conversions, problem solving, integers, equation/algebraic expressions, geometry measurement, coordinate geometry, exponents and inequalities.

Getting Ready for Geometry, Honors Geometry
This class is designed for students who have completed Algebra I and are heading into Geometry next school year. Topics covered will include perimeter, area, volume, triangles, quadrilaterals, circles, angle relationships, congruency,similarity and geometric proofs. Algebra topics such as equation solving, positive/negative numbers and factoring will also be reviewed.

Getting Ready for Algebra II, Honors Algebra II
This class is designed for students entering Algebra II in the fall, most of whom have not used algebra skills for over a year. The class provides a thorough review of algebra skills and previews upcoming Algebra II concepts. Topics will include positive/negative numbers, equation solving, simultaneous equations, polynomials, quadratics, multiplying of binomials, factoring, square roots, inequalities, and more.

This class is designed for students entering Pre-calculus in the fall. Topics covered will include the more difficult and essential algebra skills, rational expressions, logarithmic functions, exponential functions, trigonometric functions, and trigonometric identities.
